Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Grivana, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

1. Returns & Refunds

Conditions for Returns:

• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags/labels attached.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging with no damage or stains.

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Process:

1. Email Support@grivana.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Ship the product to:

3. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Sale/discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

2. Exchanges

Eligibility:

• Exchanges are allowed only for size/color discrepancies, provided the product meets return conditions above.

• Color variations due to screen settings or studio lighting (see Disclaimer) are not eligible for exchange.

Process:

1. Follow the return steps above, specifying your desired exchange (color/size).

2. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.

3. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if not yet shipped. Email Support@grivana.com immediately.

• Once shipped, cancellations are treated as returns.

4. Important Disclaimers

• Product Images:
  All products are photographed under bright studio lighting. Colors may vary slightly due to screen resolutions, lighting, or device settings. Grivana is not responsible for color discrepancies perceived in real life.

• Final Responsibility:
  While we ensure accurate product descriptions, variations in fabric texture, dye, or craftsmanship due to the handmade nature of our products are not grounds for refunds/exchanges.
