Return & Refund Policy

At Grivana, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we are happy to offer a fair and simple return and refund process, especially for our valued saree shoppers.

🛍️ Return Policy – Within 2 Days
You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your saree, under the following conditions:

Eligibility Criteria:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

All tags, labels, and invoices must be intact

No perfume stains, makeup, or damage to the saree

Custom-stitched, altered, or blouse-attached sarees cannot be returned

The return must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery

How to Request a Return:

Your Order ID

Reason for return

A photo of the received product

Our team will respond with return instructions

The product must be shipped back by the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect

💸 Refund Policy – Processed in 7 Days
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved:

The refund will be processed and credited within 7 business days

Refunds will be credited via the original payment method (UPI/Card/Net Banking)

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI

❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following sarees are not eligible for return or refund:

Customized sarees (e.g., with fall & pico, stitched blouse)

Clearance or “final sale” items

Sarees returned after 2 days of delivery

Damaged products due to misuse by the customer

🔁 Exchange
Replacement/Exchange Deliveries will be done within 5-7 business days.

🚫 Damaged or Incorrect Product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect saree, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with:

A clear photo or video of the issue

Order details

We will prioritize your request and arrange a free return or replacement, subject to verification.
