4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Orders placed on Grivana are subject to acceptance and availability
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason
You will be notified via email if your order is canceled or delayed
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
Payments must be made through approved payment gateways (e.g., UPI, Cards, Net Banking)
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select pin codes
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship sarees across India. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. For full details, refer to our Shipping Policy (if available).
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery for eligible products
Refunds are processed within 7 days after product inspection
Customized sarees or blouse-stitched items are non-returnable
